The short version: we use what you send us to get back to you, and nothing else.

The enquiry forms

When you use the venue hire, rehearsal or play here forms, the details you enter are emailed straight to us. Nothing is stored in a database on this website. Your message sits in our email inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

To send that email we use Resend, an email delivery service. What you typed passes through them on its way to our inbox, and they don't use it for anything else. Our email itself is Google Workspace. Beyond those two, we don't share your details with anyone.

The forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. It checks that you're a person, and it doesn't track you across other sites.

The newsletter

Our newsletter is sent with Beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email address is held there until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Analytics

We don't run any analytics on this site, and it sets no cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email phoebe@themuddypuddle.london and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
